That they want a man who is sensitive, but do not understand that someone who is gentle and thoughtful can also get hurt very easy when his feeling are not returned or betrayed by the one he trusts ?...and also being sensitive thus not mean being weak, it is just a way how someone relates with others and his perception of the distinction between right and wrong, his responsibility to someone he cares about and harm that he can cause to others…Has nothing to do with acting like a wimp in need of attention who just wants a someone to unload the responsibility for himself on her…What do you think ???

I think the answer to your question really depends on the individual. Some people just don't know what they want, or what they want in one point of time is not the same in another point of time. An example of this, is a lady who has just gone through a divorce may want a man who is sensitive and protective. And as time passes and change comes about she learns that is not what she really wants from a man. Also people define things differently, and even when the meanings are the same they come with their own variety. What sensitive means to one is not always the same for another. Some will say sensitive means someone who isn't afraid to cry, while others would say its just means someone who is compassionate for those who are hurting. Then there is the variety of degrees of sensitivity, could be too sensitive and could be not sensitive enough. I am far from expert in this area, but I thought I would try to help and answer your question.

`To be sensitive doesn't neccessarily mean to be weak or feeble. One can be sensitive and be very kind, generous, devoted, and romantic. I think that's what women mean when they say they want a sensitive guy. One that's humane and not very forceful and can get in touch with his feminine side (and no that doesn't act gay).

It might be that device to be operated (man) is too gentle for woman who is operating (meaning women is just plain rough). You just have to find someone who knows how to push your buttons or teach them if you are willing to spend time on it and school people :D
